Install SportMed Online - abbreviated instruction

• Open the Google Play Store or the iOS (Apple) store on your smartphone or tablet and search for the 'SportMed Online' app. It has the icon above (Round for Android phone and square for an iPhone)
• Download and install the app
• To log in, choose 'INVITATION' under 'RECEIVED AN INVITATION FROM YOUR COACH?' (So don't create a new account because then you won't have access to your already existing data!)

Your invitation code: You received this by e-mail.

If not, contact your coach so he can send you the code.

• Enter this invitation code and choose 'LOGIN'
• Choose a username (Can be anything, as long as it doesn't already exist) Choose a password (minimum 6 characters - and confirm it by entering it a second time)
• Accept the terms of use and privacy rules (top right)
• Choose 'Save'

(Remember or write down your username and password somewhere because you will probably need them later)

COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE'S DATA

Now fill out the details for your user profile - or check if everything is correct - and choose your profile picture along the way.

FILLING OUT YOUR 'MY SPORTMED PROFILE'

After your user profile has been completed, choose 'CREATE MY SPORTMED PROFILE' via the link at the top right.

• Always read the instructions carefully (click on 'Info' - i - for more explanation if the questions are not completely clear).
• Your SportMed profile consists of three parts:
